Weber’s seven-step refinishing process is thorough:
- The old finish is hand stripped leaving bare wood.
- Repairs are made and gouges are filled in.
- The surface is sanded to a smooth finish.
- Grain is hand painted over any large filled
areas to match
the original. - Sealer is applied to the wood to seal the pores.
- Stain of your choosing is applied to the wood.
- Finish coatings are applied to complete the refinishing.

Refinishing Project
Refinishing of outdoor teak furniture. Our customer’s outdoor teak furniture had become grey and dull over the years. They wanted to restore the color and patina of the teak to the beauty it had when it was new. Through a three step process of washing, restoring and sealing the pieces were made to look like they had been just delivered – ready for another summer’s enjoyment.
